Fleet feedback required!

Heya everyone! I have been busy in the past few days writing up a report on current issues in the fleet and possible solutions to them. In order to complete my report though, I would like to gather feedback from the rest to the fleet to include in my report. This will help in the decision process when command and the rest of the fleet start the long-winded discussion of if the solutions will be implemented or not. The report is not a guarantee of changes but only to open the discussion with some ideas that could work and it will be up to the fleet and command members to decide whether or not such changes are necessary or what changes must take place. This survey will help gather some of this data though before hand to better represent the fleet’s thoughts before the report is publicly published and will give insight to what fleet members want the most. This survey is mostly multiple choice questions and should take between 5-10 minutes to complete. If you ever have the time, please fill it out! We want and need your voice on these matters!
The survey is hosted on PollDaddy, a free feedback service that allows easy creation of surveys, polls, ratings and quizzes. I chose this since it helps organize the information for me and I may use it in the future for other fleet business. EDIT: We got a few results so far and from what I notice, it's taking people close to 20 minutes to complete the survey. Sorry that my estimate was off by over half! Keep the results coming up, though!
